X-Training (X-T) involves several different forms of exercise with all the elements of fitness being addressed. X-T can be done anywhere anytime with or without equipment. X-T is done to improve strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, balance and a lot more. It covers all the aspects of fitness. X-T involves Free Weights. Kickboxing, Log Training, Kettle Bells, FLEXI-BAR®, Sandbags, etc. to name a few. X-T is a form of exercise that involves full bodied movements using high-intensity work. It targets Strength Building, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Agility etc. An X-T program is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program or it can be completed with a tabata style workout or it could be reps or time.
- Ultimate pump
A cardio weight training workout that gets both, the upper and lower body equally conditioned. It’s an internationally certified workout that has proven to be effective, fun, energizing and most of all helps to bring the body into balanced fitness.

A cardio kickbox program adapted from tae-bo® an international kickboxing workout. It is a safe and suitable for all ages and levels of ability. A high powered energy workout including calisthenics, punching bags, pads etc.
