This May, Sichuanese Food Festival at Sofitel BKC has curated a rather unique menu for guests and foodies alike. Sichuan one of the four great cuisines of China is being brought to Pondichéry Café.
Sichuan food is most well-known for its hot and spicy dishes. Savor the sweet, piquant and bold flavors of the Sichuan province with Chef Jerry Tan from Fairmont Chengdu, as he curates authentic delicacies such as Sauteed Diced Chicken with Chili Pepper, Sweet-scented Sichuan Osmanthus Fish, Sichuan Spicy Fried Rice, Manga Sago and more.
