Zumba is the most fun form of a workout as it combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations, which allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body, and have long term health and well-being benefits. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements, exercises for weight loss with easy to follow dance steps.
Shivani Patel is a licensed Fitness instructor for Zumba, Zumba Step, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Sentao and Zumba Toning, Zumba® Pro skills She’s the only instructor outside U.S.A and Canada for Zumbini- a unique parent –toddler program. She’s is successfully conducting 60 batches with a team of instructors at corporates – and studios at various locations across Mumbai (Churchgate, Worli,Powai, Ghatkopar, Wadala and Andheri) under the brand “Sculptasse” and have trained around 600 clients so far.
